Templatesitories ("templates") are essentially a copy of a software template that you own on another platform (like Github) and want to distribute on our marketplace. During submission, we'll establish a connection between your Playbooks template and the host template that will keep them in sync when you make updates.

Template submissions are currently limited to users and teams that have been approved by an admin. This way, we can better manage the quality of the marketplace and fine-tune our offering during beta. That said, we will eventually open this up to the broader community and are open to your suggestions in the meantime.

To submit a template, simply click the 'Submit New' button at the top of the page and then follow the prompts in the page wizard. While working on your template make sure to save your progress so you can come and go as you please. When you're ready, simply click the 'Submit For Review' button on the final page to notify our team.

Yes, you can make your submission private meaning it won't show up in public areas of the marketplace. Instead, it can only be accessed via direct URL. This makes it suitable for private-sales with a specific set of clients. We'll continue to refine this strategy over time.

Once you submit your template, our team will receive a notification indicating you are ready for review. Most submissions take less than 24 hours. And, if we have questions, we'll be sure to reach out. When approved, we'll alert you via email and then we'll alert the appropriate members of our community an hour later.

Yes. You can edit your submission at anytime via the submission flow until it gets published to the marketplace. After that, you can manage your submission via the settings page on your submission.

No. You can submit as many templatesitories as you'd like free of charge.

Adding a submission to Playbooks does not guarantee you'll win the bounty. We leave that responsibility up to the bounty owner's which have been vetted by our team. That said, we want to make sure your experience adheres to our Community and Quality standards so please contact our team if something seems out of place.
